About Me
Hi, my name is Olesia Glagolieva, and I am a massage therapist with over 6 years of hands-on experience.
My journey into massage therapy began with amateur sports. As an active person who regularly trains in the gym and practices running, cycling, and swimming, I personally experienced how essential massage is for recovery, performance, and overall well-being. This personal experience inspired me to study massage professionally and turn my passion into a career.
I received my education in Tallinn, where I completed certified training in classical, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massage techniques. Over the years, I have continued to develop my skills through additional courses and hands-on practice, always aiming to provide effective, results-driven treatments.
I believe that every body is unique, which is why I take an individual approach to each client. Every session is tailored to your specific needs — whether you are dealing with muscle tension, chronic pain, stress, limited mobility, or looking for proper recovery after physical activity.
For me, massage is not just relaxation — it is a powerful tool for recovery, prevention, and long-term health. My goal is to help you feel better in your body, move more freely, and confidently support your active lifestyle.

Frequently Asked Questions
This depends on your lifestyle and goals. Massage is an individual experience, and my approach is based on individuality. If you are interested in general wellness and self-care, then once or twice a month is ideal. If massage is a part of a recovery process, then more often is possible.
Massage should not be painful. Some techniques, such as deep tissue massage, may cause mild discomfort, but pressure can always be adjusted to your comfort level.
Please notify me at least 12 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled less than 12 hours in advance, then 100% of the service will be charged.
Of course not. If you prefer a more relaxing massage, you can choose a classic massage, and be sure to express your preferences beforehand. You can also control the pressure during the massage.
This depends on your individual needs and preferences. A 90-minute session allows more time to focus on specific problem areas and provides more targeted treatment. If you have a more muscular build or areas that require extra attention, a 1.5-hour massage is highly recommended, as a 1-hour session may not be sufficient to work the entire body effectively.
Deep tissue massage targets muscles and connective tissue more deeply than a classic massage. Sports massage uses various additional techniques and supportive tools (trigger point therapy, cupping therapy, IASTM), while a classic massage focuses primarily on relaxation and overall well-being.
